WHAT WE OFFER OUR JOURNEYMAN • Competitive wages (based on experience) • Opportunities for career advancement to Foreman or Lead Carpenter roles • Direct coaching from master craftsmen • Local work - 60 Mile radius around Cleveland, Ohio • Steady year-round work • 40 hour work weeks • Permanent hire • Positive work environment • Direct deposit • W-2 employee • Health Reimbursement Plan • 401k with Company Match up to 4% • Vacation time KEY RESPONSIBILITES • Interior/Exterior Metal Stud Framing • Drywall Hanging • Layout and installation of acoustical ceiling grid and tile • A Journeyman Carpenter would have worked on commercial carpentry projects for years, and would be familiar with most aspects of metal stud framing, including exterior/interior, heavy/light gauge, soffit work, acoustical ceilings, and drywall hanging • Read and interpret technical drawings, building codes, and sketches to determine project dimensions and material needs • Inspect and replace damaged frameworks or structures in both new builds and remodeling projects. • Ensure all work follows OSHA standards and local building regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS
